Delivery Options & Charges
- Standard Delivery (3-5 Business Days): SGD 5.00 (Free for orders above SGD 80)
- Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days): SGD 9.00
International Shipping
We currently ship to Malaysia and selected countries. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary based on destination.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM (SGT) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your order directly through our website.

Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of health supplements, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Incorrect item received.
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return Process

Refunds
